Abstract

This article presents the initial results of the project to preserve the analog audiovisual collection of PUC Minas, developed by the University Laboratory for the Preservation of Audiovisual Archives and Collections (Lunar). The initiative involves cataloging, technical review, conservation, and historiographical research of university films produced since the 1960s, aiming to preserve, digitize, and provide public access to a heritage of Minas Gerais and Brazilian audiovisual memory.
