Diagnosis of archive compliance of the administrative process system of the Federal University of Pará

Abstract

It evaluates the compliance of SIPAC/UFPA – Protocol Module with e-Arq Brasil, using heuristic evaluation through a checklist. The results indicate a lack of adherence to document management, security, and preservation requirements. The absence of functionalities compromises the system's efficiency, security, and usability. The lack of automatic backup, digital signature validation, and accessibility features points to vulnerabilities. Improvements are necessary to ensure compliance with e-Arq Brasil.
