Requirements analysis of records management for strategic management of business processes of Bio-Manguinhos

Abstract

The research analyzes how the requirements for production, classification, evaluation and access to documents, according to the ABNT NBR ISO 15489:2018 and 30301:2016 standards, can be integrated into strategic management at Fiocruz's Institute of Immunobiological Technology (Bio-Manguinhos). The study, of a qualitative and exploratory nature, revealed levels of adherence of the Standard Operating Procedures: 59% in production, 75% in classification, 91% in evaluation and 71% in access, highlighting the need for improvements in the records management system.
