This article is part of a study conducted in the Postgraduate Program in Document and Archive Management. It presents as a field of investigation the Memory Center of the Ferreira Viana State Technical School, which has a rich variety of school documents. Thinking about the use of games within the reality of archives, we seek to understand how games based on school archives, built with gamification resources, can serve as subsidies for learning about heritage education, highlighting the appreciation of cultural heritage, while telling the story of an institution.
